By installing or using the Shoppable Video Gallery app ("the App"), a product of Aahana Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
These Terms apply to all merchants who access or use the App through the Shopify App Store.
Shoppable Video Gallery allows Shopify merchants to embed shoppable video galleries on their storefronts, linking video content to products for an enhanced shopping experience. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The App operates on the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service and Partner Program Agreement. By using this App, you also agree to comply with Shopify's applicable policies. Aahana Technologies is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
To install and use the App, you must have a valid Shopify store account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@aahanatechnologies.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aahana Technologies and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your Shopify store operations.
You retain full ownership of all video content and product data you upload or connect through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content solely to deliver the App's functionality.
Any fees associated with the App (free plan, paid plans, or future pricing changes) will be clearly communicated through the Shopify App Store listing. All billing is handled directly by Shopify in accordance with their billing policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active users.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aahana Technologies does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that it will meet your specific business requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aahana Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aahana Technologies and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm other users, our systems, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Shopify admin panel or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
